As Marathon County Court Commissioner Sandy, has presided over her own courtroom for eight years, managing a high-volume, complex range of cases from divorce, paternity and child custody, to civil and criminal traffic, small claims, injunctions, juvenile and child protection cases. She’s assessed facts, ascertained credibility of testimony and justly rendered decisions in keeping with the law while protecting the rights and best interests of litigants and the community.
Sandy’s also the only candidate who has the ability to hit the ground running on day one because she doesn’t have an existing law practice to close down or cases to pass on.
